How to Measure Yourself

Grab a soft measuring tape and follow these simple steps. Wear minimal clothing for accuracy.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Waist

Find your natural waist (the narrowest part, usually above belly button) and measure.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips/buttocks, keeping tape straight.

Inseam

Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
